✈️ Shipping Information
Order Processing: We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.
✨ Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition (with all tags attached and in original packaging).
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
🌱 Non-Returnable Items
To protect our artisan community and ensure quality, these items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized art prints
- Opened bath products (candles, incense, etc.)
- Bedding sets that have been removed from packaging
- Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

- Get Approval: Our care team will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Package Carefully: Use original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Back: Mail to our Oklahoma City studio using trackable shipping
- Receive Refund: Processed within 5 business days after inspection
🌍 Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges for:
- Different color/size of the same item (subject to availability)
- Damaged or defective items
Follow the same process as returns, specifying your desired replacement.
💐 Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued.
