At Jungalow Store, we want you to love your handpicked boho treasures as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed with the same care we put into curating our global marketplace. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

✨ Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached). Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

🌱 Non-Returnable Items

To protect our artisan community and ensure quality, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized art prints
  • Opened bath products (candles, incense, etc.)
  • Bedding sets that have been removed from packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

🦋 The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request (see template below).
  2. Get Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Ship Back: Mail your return to our Oklahoma City studio using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

🌍 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Different color/size of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Damaged or defective items

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns, specifying what you’d like instead.

💐 Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
